Rebecca Komer-Bright is a nationally board-certified and California state licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. She received her training in Oriental Medicine at one of the nations leading TCM institutions, Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Los Angeles, CA. Her program of study included instruction in acupuncture, herbal medicine, qi cultivation (tai chi), tuina (oriental medical massage) and modern biomedicine. In addition to completing a one year clinical internship at Yo San University Clinic she also participated in an externship at Venice Family Pain Clinic in Venice, CA. Rebecca is dedicated to the care and well-being of her patients, partnering with them in their health, offering the best care and guidance. BACKGROUND From an early age Rebecca was interested in nutrition and herbal medicine. After a stint in the world of advertising she decided to follow her passion for natural healing at Chicago College of Healing Arts and became certified in structural and massage therapy. After realizing the true potential of the human body to heal itself given the proper direction, she decided to pursue a degree in TCM.
